The Brother Earth Collaborative is the home of Yanniv Frank‘s mission-driven creative works. In pursuit of his MFA in Puppet Arts at The University of Connecticut, Yanniv created Boyish Charms, a puppet film aimed at challenging and expanding young audiences’ understanding of masculinity. While working on this project that held both deep personal importance and strong widespread relevance, Yanniv cemented his artistic purpose: to tell stories that touch people’s hearts in ways that can change their world view.
Yanniv is now a full time professional puppet artist and has performed in several Off-Broadway shows and in theatres across the country. His next work within The Brother Earth Collaborative, Garbanzo The Gentle Caveman, is currently in development and will play its first public performances in 2026.
Not every work Yanniv makes is a Brother Earth Collaborative project. To qualify for inclusion in The Brother Earth Collaborative collection, Yanniv’s works must (a) be mission driven/educational, (b) tell an uplifting story in an artistically innovative way, and (c) be created in collaboration with other artists and thinkers. We are all siblings on this Earth, here to work together and create beautiful moments for each other. That is what The Brother Earth Collaborative is about.
